OUR STORY

Level Training it was born from a real need we encountered during years of organizing driver training programs, defensive driving courses and automotive events.

At the same time, Romania continues to record one of the highest road accident rates in Europe. We strongly believe that better practical training can save lives, reduce accidents and help drivers make better decisions in critical situations.

Time after time, we faced the same challenge: there simply were not enough professional training tools available to realistically simulate dangerous situations in a safe environment. We wanted drivers to experience emergency braking, obstacle avoidance, reaction exercises and vehicle control scenarios before facing them on public roads, but the equipment available on the market was often limited, expensive or unsuitable for our needs.

Instead of waiting for solutions, we decided to build them ourselves.

What started as a necessity for our own training activities evolved into a complete range of professional driver training equipment. Every product we develop has been tested in real training environments and created to solve a specific challenge encountered by instructors and training organizations.

Today, Level Training provides innovative equipment for driving schools, defensive driving centres, automotive training facilities and safety programs across Europe.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to improve road safety by making driver training more practical, realistic and effective.

We believe that the best way to prepare drivers for critical situations is to let them experience and understand those situations in a controlled training environment before they encounter them on public roads. Every exercise, every reaction and every decision made during training can contribute to preventing future accidents.

Through innovative training equipment and real-world training scenarios, we help instructors create engaging learning experiences that develop reaction time, hazard awareness, vehicle control and driver confidence.

Our goal is not simply to build training equipment. Our goal is to provide driving schools, defensive driving centres and training organisations with the tools they need to train safer, more skilled and more responsible drivers.

OUR TEAM

Behind Level Training is a team of highly experienced instructors, trainers and automotive professionals with backgrounds in advanced driver training, vehicle dynamics and road safety education.

Our team includes certified trainers and specialists who have participated in professional training programs delivered by leading automotive manufacturers, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Porsche. Their experience covers a wide range of disciplines, from defensive driving and vehicle dynamics to emergency manoeuvres, precision driving and advanced driver development.

In addition to civilian driver training, members of our team have experience in specialized driving programs, including priority response driving and emergency vehicle operation, where rapid decision-making, vehicle control and safety under pressure are essential.

This diverse expertise allows us to understand the real challenges faced by instructors, training centres, fleet operators and emergency response organizations. It also enables us to develop training equipment that is practical, effective and tested in real-world training environments.
